- Account data. Your email address and, for paid plans, your plan and billing status.
- Content you add. Boards, saved searches, watchlists, and files you upload.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, searches run and basic device information, used to run and secure the service.
- Payment data. Handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you asked for, such as search, boards and alerts.
- To send sign-in codes, receipts and alerts you set up.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal and tax duties.
Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal duties, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
Who processes data for us
We use service providers by category. These are a payment processor, an email delivery provider, hosting and storage providers, and analytics for service health. They process data only to provide their service to us.
Your uploads
Team uploads are private to your team by default. They are not shown publicly and are not used to train models. See security.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep the service working.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is open. After you delete the account, we remove personal data except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to support@designporn.com from your account email. We reply within 30 days.
Children
The service is for business and professional use. It is not directed at children.
International transfers
Providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with suitable safeguards.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we update the date above and tell account holders by email.
