The service
DesignPorn is a searchable library of design references with boards, alerts and breakdowns. Designs belong to their authors and are shown as attributed references. See the attribution policy.
Accounts
You sign in with your email and a one-time code. Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under it. Team seats are for named people on your team.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, in advance. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Upgrading charges the difference immediately. The new price applies from the next renewal.
- Charges for a period already started are not refunded.
- Every payment has an invoice. Yearly plans come with invoices for the full year.
The demo
Visitors may run one style search and one find-similar upload without an account. The demo is not a plan, and the allowance may change.
Acceptable use
Use DesignPorn for research and inspiration. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl or bulk download the library.
- Resell, republish or redistribute captures.
- Share account access beyond your plan's seats.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Interfere with the service or try to get around limits.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a limited license to store and show it to you and your team so the service works. Private uploads are not shown publicly.
Our content and intellectual property
The service, its design and its analysis are ours. Designs shown belong to their authors. Owners can request removal on the removal request page.
Availability
We work to keep the service running. The Enterprise plan includes a 99.9 percent monthly uptime SLA.
Uptime is measured by a check of the public site and its database every minute. Every minute of a calendar month without a successful check counts as downtime. Enterprise workspaces see the measured uptime of each month under Uptime in the Enterprise area.
If a month falls below 99.9 percent, the Enterprise workspace gets a service credit on its next renewal: 10 percent of that month's fee below 99.9 percent, 25 percent below 99.0 percent and 50 percent below 95.0 percent. Ask for the credit at support@designporn.com within 30 days after the month ends. Service credits are the only remedy for missed uptime and are not paid out in cash.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the service before they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the administrator operates.
